EP77 Terms and Conditions — Rules & Policies for All Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and EP77 ("EP77", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services available at ep77.biz, including sports betting, casino games, crash games, Ludo, and any other product offered on the ep77 platform now or in the future.

By completing the registration process on ep77, clicking "I Agree", making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use ep77.

These Terms apply to all Pakistani players and govern all activities on ep77.biz regardless of the device or method used to access the platform. They should be read alongside the EP77 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with ep77.

The following terms have the meanings set out below when used throughout this document:

To register and use ep77, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. EP77 strictly prohibits access by anyone under 18 and uses age verification checks during registration and KYC review.
• You must be a resident or current physical presence in Pakistan. EP77 is operated for and directed at Pakistani players. Access from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited is not permitted.
• You must be registering and using the account entirely on your own behalf. Accounts may not be opened or used on behalf of another person.
• You must not be a current or former ep77 employee or an immediate family member of an ep77 employee.
• You must not be under a self-exclusion order or have previously had an ep77 account closed due to breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Pakistani law.

EP77 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an account if eligibility conditions are not met or cannot be verified. Any funds in a suspended account will be held pending resolution of the eligibility question.

4.1 Registration

You may only hold one active account on ep77 at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, a variation of your name, or through another person — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must notify ep77 promptly if any of your account details change. EP77 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep account information up to date.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ep77 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your ep77 account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have reported a compromise to ep77 support immediately upon becoming aware of it.

EP77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Contact ep77 support immediately at support@ep77.biz if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.3 Account Currency

All ep77 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All stakes, winnings, bonuses, deposits, and withdrawals are transacted in PKR. EP77 does not support foreign currency transactions.

EP77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are fully supported for Pakistani players:

• The minimum deposit on ep77 is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit for verified accounts.
• EP77 charges zero fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside ep77's control and are your responsibility.
• Deposits must only come from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing from a third-party account is not permitted and will result in account suspension.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your ep77 wallet instantly. IBFT and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes during busy periods.
• EP77 reserves the right to reject any deposit at its absolute discretion if it suspects fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

You must only deposit funds that you own and that are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. By depositing, you confirm that the funds are lawfully yours to use for entertainment purposes on ep77.

Withdrawal of real money funds from your ep77 account is available at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal is Rs 200.
• There are zero withdrawal fees charged by ep77 on any withdrawal method.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. If the original method is unavailable, ep77 support will advise on alternatives.
• Standard Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours.
• IBFT and card withdrawals may take up to 2 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawals above Rs 50,000 require completed KYC verification (Section 10) before processing.
• EP77 may delay or withhold a withdrawal if it reasonably suspects fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only your real money balance — earned through successful bets and game wins after any applicable wagering requirements have been met — is eligible for withdrawal.

7.1 Welcome Bonus

EP77 offers a 100% match bonus on your first deposit up to Rs 10,000. To qualify, you must register a new account and make your qualifying first deposit. The bonus is credited automatically to your ep77 bonus balance within minutes of a qualifying deposit being confirmed.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on ep77 are subject to a 10x wagering requirement unless the specific promotion states otherwise at the time of the offer. This means a Rs 1,000 bonus must generate Rs 10,000 in total valid wagers before any portion of it can be converted to withdrawable real money funds.

• Wagering on cricket betting markets on ep77 contributes 100% toward the requirement.
• Wagering on crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman etc.) contributes 100%.
• Wagering on Ludo on ep77 contributes 100%.
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 decimal do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Any bet that is voided does not count toward wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds on ep77 expire 30 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeit automatically.

7.4 General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active in your ep77 account at a time unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value before wagering requirements are met.
• EP77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time if it suspects the offer is being abused.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to coordinated play with connected accounts — will result in forfeiture and account closure.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets on ep77 are subject to acceptance at ep77's absolute discretion. EP77 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. A bet is only confirmed when you receive a bet receipt confirmation in your account. Unconfirmed bets are not valid.

8.2 Bet Settlement

Cricket and PSL bets on ep77 are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or the PSL governing authority). Results from unofficial sources are not used for settlement. EP77 targets settlement within 30 minutes of the official result declaration.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by ep77 in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled before completion and no official result is declared.
• The bet was accepted at an erroneous price due to a manifest system or human error. In this case ep77 will notify you and the stake will be returned.
• The bet relates to an event that was decided before the bet was placed (late betting).
• Match fixing or corruption is confirmed by the governing body, rendering the result void.

In all void bet scenarios on ep77, the original stake is returned to your account in full.

8.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play odds on ep77 update after every ball in cricket and after every significant event in other sports. EP77 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time during an event. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and the stake returned.

8.5 Disputes

If you believe a bet has been incorrectly settled on ep77, you must raise a dispute via support@ep77.biz within 72 hours of settlement. EP77 will review the dispute and respond within 5 business days. EP77's decision on sports bet settlement is final.

All games on ep77 — including Aviator, crash games, and Ludo — use certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently audited for fairness. Game results are generated in real time and cannot be influenced by ep77, by players, or by any third party.

• The outcome of every round of every ep77 game is determined solely by the certified RNG. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.
• Technical failures during a game round that prevent completion will result in the stake being returned to your account. Partially completed rounds where the outcome was already determined before the failure are settled on the determined result.
• EP77 publishes the theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game. These are long-term statistical figures and individual sessions will vary.
• Ludo tournament prizes are distributed exactly as described in the tournament information published at the time of registration. EP77 does not alter prize structures after a tournament opens for entry.
• Any attempt to exploit game software bugs, glitches, or mathematical vulnerabilities is prohibited and will result in winnings being voided and the account closed.

EP77 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm your identity, age, and location. KYC is mandatory for withdrawals above Rs 50,000 and may be triggered at ep77's discretion for any account at any time.

10.1 Documents Required

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) showing your full name, CNIC number, and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your name and address in Pakistan, dated within the last 3 months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot confirming you are the registered owner of the Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account used to deposit.

10.2 KYC Processing

EP77 will process KYC submissions within 3 business days. If additional documents are required, ep77 support will contact you. Withdrawals are held pending KYC completion for accounts that have triggered the KYC requirement. EP77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

EP77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. EP77 offers the following tools, all of which are available directly from your account settings without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 7 days after any upward change request.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts at 30-minute, 1-hour, or 2-hour intervals to notify you of how long you have been actively playing on ep77.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders showing your net win/loss position during any active session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from ep77 for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours. Indefinite self-exclusion cannot be lifted for a minimum of 12 months.
• Account Closure: Request permanent account closure at any time by contacting ep77 support.

EP77 will honour all self-exclusion requests in good faith and will not send marketing communications to self-excluded players. However, ep77 cannot be held liable for losses sustained by a player who circumvents a self-exclusion by registering a new account — which is itself a breach of these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ep77 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using ep77 if you are under 18 years of age or registering on behalf of a minor.
• Opening or operating more than one ep77 account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, timing vulnerabilities, or RNG weaknesses in any ep77 game.
• Placing bets through automated scripts, bots, or any software not expressly authorised by ep77.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers or achieve guaranteed returns (arbitrage using ep77 bonuses).
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your ep77 account to any other person.
• Using another person's payment method or identity to deposit or withdraw.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback on a genuine deposit is fraud. EP77 will pursue recovery of chargeback amounts and close the associated account.

EP77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if:

• These Terms have been breached by the player.
• EP77 reasonably suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• A player fails to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a request.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• EP77 is legally required to do so by a competent authority.

If an account is closed due to a player breach, any balance held may be forfeited. If an account is closed for any other reason — including inactivity or business decision — the real money balance will be returned to the player via their last used payment method after any outstanding investigations are resolved.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ep77 account in good standing may contact support@ep77.biz at any time. Real money balances will be returned within 5 business days.

EP77 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While ep77 takes all reasonable measures to ensure continuous availability, ep77 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, delay, or error.

• EP77 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures of third-party payment providers, mobile networks, or internet infrastructure outside ep77's control.
• EP77 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to follow these Terms, including losses resulting from sharing account credentials or using multiple accounts.
• EP77's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single event or claim is limited to the net real money balance in that player's account at the time of the claim.
• EP77 does not guarantee that any particular betting strategy will produce profitable results. All betting involves risk of loss and past performance does not indicate future results.
• EP77 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses even if it has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in this section limits ep77's liability for death or personal injury arising from its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Pakistani law.

EP77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ep77 will:

• Publish a notice on the ep77 website homepage for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect.
• Send an email notification to the registered email address on your ep77 account if the changes materially affect your rights.
• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Terms and Conditions page.

Your continued use of ep77 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using ep77 and may request account closure and return of your real money balance before the changes take effect.
